Freestyle and Greco instruction during the post season will be done in conjuction with folkstyle

*Please arrive 15 min early to change and stretch.
 *All wrestlers should have a current USA card.
*Wrestlers are encouraged to wear head gear, knee pads and/or sweat pants or under armor

Not sure? Come and particpate in a $10 class. You'll be shocked and amazed at what you thought you knew about wrestling. You'll leave hungry for more!
